Abstract
Consumer behaviour has shifted steadily with an increase in online shopping. The benefits range from diversity in products, instant comparability in prices, and swift accessibility. Regardless of online shopping undergoing a steadfast evolution, the risks perceived by the online shoppers remains a significant determinants factor during the process of decision-making while shopping online. This study is centered on the exploration of the major perceived risks that are encounter by online shoppers during their process of decision-making while shopping online. The results of the study found the five major determinants attributes of perceived risk form online shopping. In case the online retailers are well-aware of these factors, they can formulate strategies to reduce these risks attributes and persuade potential customers into becoming actual customers.
