Abstract
Business ethics is the study of proper business policies and practices regarding potentially controversial issues such as corporate governance, Insider trading, bribery, discrimination, corporate social responsibility and fiduciary responsibilities .Business ethics simply we mean that the application of ethics in business. The study concentrates on how the modern businesses are accelerated by applying the code of conduct in the environment of the business.
