Abstract

This is a research to study effect of level of education on job satisfaction. The factor of job satisfaction was identified by review if literature and piolet study. Twelve factor of job satisfaction were identified which affect employees’ satisfaction. It descriptive type of research and based on primary and secondary date. Primary data was collected from books, journal, magazine and websites. Secondary data were collected from self-administered questionnaire. Questionnaire asked question about demographic details and twelve question about employees’ satisfaction. Sample is divides in five categories according to education qualification of respondent. The categories of respondent are high school pass, intermediate pass, diploma holder, graduate and post-graduate. After data collection data analyses on SPSS version 21.
