Abstract
One of the main socio-economic problems of today's development in Uzbekistan is the problem of unemployment. Unemployment is one of the key indicators for determining the overall state of the economy and evaluating its effectiveness. Unemployment is a typical feature of the market economy, and the population growth will lead to an increase in labor resources. This necessitates employment and job creation. Therefore, many years, the solution to the problem of employment in the labor market is one of the major challenges facing the world. This article discusses the causes of unemployment and how to address them.
