Abstract
‘Child Prostitution is the ultimate denial of the rights of child’ Status of GIRL according to Indian methodology - INDIA globally known for fusion of Culture ,Moral ,Rituals & Religion .For Indians religion is their first preference among the society. India is the world's third largest religious country. A country who believes a girl child as equal to goddess. Sounds a magnificent nation , nation of humanity , But yet only one side of coin was characterized ,the another side is nor magnificent nor humanitarian , its completely Violative, its brutal ,one side they are being worshiped and very next side they are being exploited mentally- physically by slavery , by prostitution , by TRAFFICKING.
