Abstract
Journalistic ethics appeared in 20 century, when it began to spread in mass
auditory. Since the beginning of the 21 century, journalism has gained more power
and support from the people, as government couldn’t be trusted on. Professional
ethics are constantly being reformed into new formats. Unfortunately, the new
rules are ignored by young generation of mass media. For instance, majority of
Uzbek journalist often forgot about fundamental ethics, because in country isn’t
any code accepted in, which could control journalist activities. The main mistake
committed by a journalist is inadmissibility of prisoners or suspects or bias towards
them. In this case we will consider a few occasions of violations in the
presumption of innocence in Uzbekistan and other countries.
