Abstract
Under the Indian penal code, various penal codes are determined. The structure of this penal code is to such an extent that it resembles a record where a wide range of cases are recorded with the arrangement of their comparing disciplines. A wide range of people with Indian origin are secured under Indian penal code. There is likewise a remarkable case in Indian penal code where this code can't be actualized on the military and other armed forces.
