Abstract

Factors influencing employee engagements in self-financing engineering college were studied using suitable tools namely factor analysis and SEM. In this regard 18 statements were considered. The primary data were collected from 506 faculty members (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor) using a well structured questionnaire based on the research finding. It is suggested that the teachers ought to undergo the short term training programmes which will enable the teacher gain human skills, physical and mental strengths and skills for performing their jobs with autonomy and independence
