Abstract
In the article author investigates system of higher education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author considers issues of reforming higher education in the context of deepening the democratic reforms in the conditions of innovative development of the country. In work pressing issues of perfection of training bachelor degree students are investigated. Attempt to study current state of higher education and major strategic problems facing it directly influencing methods, maintenance, and also on creation of intellectual environment for the future bachelor degree students is made.
