Abstract
Although, Indian societies are becoming modern these days but still there
are many people in this country whose thinking is very narrow and they
believe in male dominance. As a result of this poor mentality of some
people, a number of working women suffer a lot at workplace. Women are
teased at workplace. Working women have to face a lot at the workplace.
In some cases, the working women have to torture mentally and physically
at the workplace. It is also reported that the environment of some of the
organization is not safe for women to work there.
