Brand image is very important for a company for short term and long term implications. Brand image is related to the perception of the consumers and how they see the entire personality of the brand. With the abundance of brands in the market, consumers make their purchase decisions largely depending on the brand image rather than the product itself. Moreover, when the brand image is consistent with the consumers’ self-concept, the consumers give preference to it. There are many factors which influence the brand image of a company. In the present paper an attempt has been made to study the factors influencing brand image for toiletries products.
