Abstract
Under the Indian penal code, a number of penal codes are specified. The structure of this penal code is such that it is like a document where where all kinds of cases are listed with the provision of their corresponding punishments. All kinds of persons with Indian origin are covered under Indian penal code. There is also an exceptional case in Indian penal code where this code can’t be implemented on the military and other armed forces.
