Abstract
Indian criminal justice system was imposed to maintain the situation and of law and order. This justice system is applicable from the time of British India. Under this justice system, all Indian police and courts come under. All the rules related to the criminal laws are followed by the Court and Police according to the Indian criminal justice system.
