Abstract
Cooperative needs are fulfilled with the help of the cooperative banks and these banks work as the financial bodies for all kinds of banking firms. The fundamental source of the fund required for the establishment of a cooperative bank comes through the shares and financial loans. A provision of limited liability is proposed while establishing a cooperative bank.
