Defender In Proving A Criminal Case At The Stage Of Preliminary Investigation

Abstract

Annotation: considered article is devoted exclusively to pressing question – to a question of equality of the parties of criminal legal proceedings during preliminary investigation. This article supports the idea of expanding rights in terms of defender’s participation in the preliminary stage of investigation as well as creating a legal basis for the full implementation of evidence-based activities and achieving equality of both sides.
