Abstract
This research explores the shifting paradigm of English Language Teaching (ELT), spotlighting the innovative use of ICT, mass media, and cinema as central forces in modern language teaching. As traditional methodologies are increasingly supplemented by technology-driven tools and platforms, the integration of digital media has become crucial for effective language teaching. The study examines how ICT tools such as mobile applications, virtual platforms, and digital content enhance learner engagement, foster autonomous learning, and promote cultural competence. Mreover, it discusses the pedagogical advantages of using mass media and cinematic resources in language classrooms, highlighting their potential to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Drawing from theoretical frameworks and empirical studies, the paper provides a comprehensive overview of how these mediums contribute to a more immersive, interactive, and learner-centered ELT experience.
