Abstract

This paper seeks to emphasize the need for socialization agencies to keep abreast with global happenings and seek means to develop such consciousness in their dependents. A relevant all inclusive socialization process is needed to help dependents of differing worldviews to understand and function effectively in the social, cultural and economic worlds and to be able to understand the notion of globalization and the role of having a global perspectives.
