Activities to address appeals of individuals and legal entities

Abstract

The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan among the most important rights and freedoms enshrined the right to appeal to the state authorities. Article 35 of the Constitution states: "Everyone has the right, either alone or in community with others, to submit applications, proposals and complaints to the competent state bodies, institutions and public representatives.
